Shannon has spent more than sixteen years as an administrative professional at the University of North Georgia (91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ). She has worked in various settings at 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ including the Registrar’s Office, School of Arts & Letters, Honors Program, Graduate Studies, Academic Affairs, Regional Campus Administration, and Strategic Impact and Engagement. She currently serves as the Program Manager for Strategic Support.

Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in social science from 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ in 1999.
